Team Umi Zoomi Bot Costume

My son is infatuated with Team UmiZoomi. They are these cute anime inspired characters that teach introductions to numbers, shapes, patterns and other mathmatical beginnings. There's "Milli" the girl, "Geo" the boy, and "Bot" the robot that has access to a cool "Belly Screen". I assumed that Branzen wanted to be the boy, and so I propose to him, "Do you want to be Geo for Halloween"? He replies, "No, I want to be Bot, and Daddy be Geo". I thought it was the cutest thing! Hence, I'm now taking on a new project. They had some cool DIY Bot Templates available on the NickJr. website. Although, I'm using the pattern for the headpiece, I'm making my own rendition of the body for his costume.

Materials used:  1.5 yards Green Fleece Fabric, 1/3 yd metallic silver lame, 1/8 yd blue felt, black and white felt squares, Extra Wide Goldenrod Bias Tape, Foam Crafting sheets, Bendy Straw, cleaned applesauce cup for receptor.
